Interdependence Lab
Interdependence Lab is a three week residential retreat that blends mindfulness meditation, creative expression and relational practice, hosted at Earth Dance in Plainfield, MA, June 2027.
❋ Insight meditation
We open with a 5-day silent meditation retreat, and continue with daily morning & evening meditation practice, taught by experienced & beloved Insight teachers.
❋ Relational practice
Intentional 1-1, small group and full group authentic relating practices that support vulnerability, intimacy, connection & community building.
❋ Creative expression
Contact improv, ecstatic dance, music jams, art, poetry — however you connect to creativity, you will find others to play with and share.
❋ Play on the land
Jump in the quarry, steam in the sauna, go on a hike. So many ways to have fun on the land at Earth Dance.
